VASANT MANDIR

Fragrance Notes: Jasmine · Rosewater · Incense

In the heart of the kingdom of Varnatha, where the monsoons fall like pearls upon jade hills, stands the Temple of Eternal SpringVasant Mandir. Its marble pillars breathe the perfume of jasmine and rosewater, and sacred incense coils upward like prayers turned to light.

Long before the kings of men raised their banners, two divine sisters ruled the balance of life.
Vasanti, radiant goddess of love, fragrance, and rebirth — she who paints the world in blossom and song.
And Sharada, serene goddess of silence, dusk, and endings — she who gathers the weary and folds them into rest.

Together they kept the wheel of life turning, breath and stillness in perfect rhythm. But in the hearts of mortals, gratitude waned for the one who ended the day. Songs were sung only for the beauty of Vasanti, offerings laid only at her altar. Sharada’s twilight fell silent, her shrines abandoned, her name fading like smoke.

Wounded but proud, Sharada withdrew her hand from the mortal world — and balance broke. The rains grew unending, the rivers swelled, the flowers refused to die. Varnatha drowned in its own abundance.

At last, the high priestess of the Mandir — veiled in the ashes of jasmine petals — called upon both sisters with the Hymn of Two Flames, a song so pure it was said to bridge the heavens.

And the sisters met at dawn, where the mists wept gold. Vasanti offered her garland of roses; Sharada her veil of ash. In that sacred hour, they forgave, and the world was reborn.

Even now, when spring returns to Varnatha, the air trembles with rose and smoke — a memory of divine reconciliation.
